| Merle Celine Magness holds a BA (Distinction) from the
University of South Australia in Communication and Media Management and
has been trained as a trainer in The Singapore Institute of Management’s
Course Leader’s Course.
She also holds a certificate in ‘Teaching English as a 2nd
or Other Language’ from the Regional English Language Centre.
She is experienced in conducting English Languages Courses
for children; and adults in the public and private sector and she has written English
educational supplementary books for Primary and Pre-University levels.
